Rachel Ruskin is Of Counsel at Foundation Law Group LLP based in Atlanta.
Rachel helps companies identify and resolve legal issues and protect themselves with contracts. Her primary focus areas include content creation and monetization (including TV/film, publishing, websites and social media), branding, marketing, sponsorships, promotions and general commercial contracts.
Prior to starting her private law practice, Rachel was in-house counsel to Time Warner’s Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. for 16 years, where she held positions licensing programs for exhibition on the Turner entertainment networks and leading the Marketing & Promotions legal team for TBS, TNT, TCM, and truTV.
Rachel credits her experience at Turner with developing her practical, business-conscious approach to legal services and her ability to find creative solutions to reduce legal risk.
Rachel began her legal career at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto.
Rachel received her law degree from Columbia Law School in 1995 and her BA in 1989 from Goucher College.
Rachel has been an active member of the Georgia Bar since 1999. Rachel maintains upgradeable inactive status on her secondary Bar memberships in California and D.C., where she has been a member since 1995 and 1998, respectively.
In her spare time, Rachel is developing a web series to introduce tween girls to spectator sports.
