Stephen M. Lobbin is a Partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property group. For nearly 25 years, Stephen has handled a wide breadth of IP matters, including litigation and transactions involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, false advertising, entertainment, antitrust and unfair competition.
Stephen’s clients include businesses large and small in just about every industry, including electronics, software, communications, medical devices and technologies, e-commerce, manufacturing, logistics, environmental technologies, nutraceuticals, and many consumer products.
Stephen is an active speaker and author on IP issues and has prior affiliations with Foley & Lardner in Century City and Knobbe Martens in Newport Beach.
Stephen received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia and his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he served as Editor for the UCLA Law Review.
